“FFFF... I booked a flight with them in March 2010 for...”

FFFF... I booked a flight with them in March 2010 for August 2010, they sent me an e-ticket,when I went to airport and they told me that my ticket does not have itinerary!!!! I told them what can I do, they said you have to call Bt-store and asked them to re issue a ticket so you can travel. guess what! it is Saturday and they are closed and no emergency phone # or nothing. send them 4 email through their emergency email and did not get any thing back...lost my flight and couldn't go!!! avoid this company...

I booked a ticket online for Sunday morning, now it's Friday night and I still have got no ticket. Called them twice and they promised I will get the ticket today, I got nothing. Tomorrow they are open only for 3 hours and on Sunday they are closed. This site is an absolute night mare. Please avoid it! I rarely write reviews but this one I couldn't avoid. Do not do the same mistake I did.
