I have been using Vonage for a few months now, it was an attempt to ditch the BT landline and save some money on line rental. If im honest, the service was a bit dodgy t start with, some very odd noises on the call, however, that has since cleared up after a chat with customer services, and so far I have no complaints at all. My online negative thought would be that the customer service seems to be very scripted, they need to listen to what your actual questions are a little better, but most of the service is managed online, so its not really a big issue.
