Customer service is very bad Ok till you sign up then pathetic.
The seamless takeover resulted in no calls for a week. Internet often drops up to 3 or 4 times a night which makes on line buying a nightmare. You never know if the purchase has gone thro or not.
The thick accents on the customer service lines make communication very difficult.
Now been told twice that they have no one to deal with the issue as they are all busy and phone us back tomorrow. I think this means I'm off tomorrow so phone back when I'm not on.
Definately not a broadband provider to get involved with and most certainly not one that i think Tesco will want to be associated with for much longer. The actual service is provided by Cable and wireless. I wish i had never seen the advert.
