While there are plenty of negative reviews here, I do feel its worth pointing out that I have used laptopsdirect.co.uk twice without any problem. Rapid free on the delivery both times (ordered Sunday night, delivered Tuesday morning on one and 3 days on the other). New OEM product in OEM packaging both times, and I poked around for some time and couldn't find anyone to beat them on price. I have never had to use their telephone/email customer service so I cant comment on that.
