I ordered two dresses online and received an email saying my order was processing. Then I waited. And waited...and waited. Two weeks later I sent an enquiry by email in order to find out what had happened to my order, only to find out it had actually been cancelled (due to a problem with the billing adress). I never received any information on the cancellation of my order and probably never would have if I wouldn't have contacted coast-stores.com myself. In my opinion that equals horrible service!
