Customer service? They don't know the meaning of it. Staffed by rude scousers with a surly attitude. Fast payments only up to £250 on a business account-ridiculous! They won't allow you to speak to someone in authority but they can ask someone to phone you back. They can't guarantee that they will. Quite frankly as a Bank, they don't cut it. Archaic systems all round and infuriating to deal with. My advice is don't do it. Spain is in the financial mire for a reason and my guess is their bankers.
