used them several times, including family and friends. Ususally ok but let me down over an important delivery. will not use again, unreliable

I am sorry to hear of the non-arrival of your order. We always recommend courier upgrades to ensure a guaranteed delivery as the odd order is inevitably lost by Royal Mail.
