Worst coffee machine I've ever used. It boasts a excellent crema but there isn't one; tried every brand of coffee. Customer service ("customer experience team") completely unhelpful. They said take it back to retailer, although i suggested money off against a better machine they just weren't interested. Don't but this machine Delonghi should stick to radiators. No Italian would drink this rubbish!

Try fresh roasted bean and grind by yourself before make your coffe. No preground in this machine.
