Simply awful. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. Call handlers are dotted at random across the globe. Un surprisingly this meant my refund request was lost. All they could suggest was "maybe you didn't book with Expedia" ... If only that were true.



If you are reading this and have not yet booked with Expedia. Don't.
