Booked beach cabin in Browns Beach Hotel Sri Lanka through Dream Ticket in feb 2010.Beach cabin booked because one of our party was wheelchair bound and could not easily manage stairs.

When we checked in found hotel had overbooked and our beach cabin rooms were not available.Instead they had put us in "seedy"" rooms on the SEVENTH floor with lift only servicing 5 of the 7 floors.Got our beach rooms after three days of arguments with hotel management. Completely ruined our holiday. Have tried to get Dream Ticket to compensate for 4 months, but all we get is "We are unable to contact the Hotel"!!! Useless should be called "Nightmare Ticket".
