Shocking customer service! Bought a tent which on the first trip camping leaked due to morning dew. Tried to return it to exchange but was told it had to be sent back to head office to be tested. I had ony had it a week! Just called to find where my faulty tent is and they have told me that there is no fault with it and it will be returned to me in its' original state. Everyone who I have spoken to with regards to trying to resolve this have been very rude, unhelpful and unable to know what is really going on. dreadful place would not recomend to anyone.
