Compass Omega 482.At just over 5 years from purchase we discovered water ingress in the rear panel of this caravan.On examination our caravan repairer found that the rear window had not been sealed and had been letting in water from day one.The whole rear timber panel was rotten and had to be renewed at a cost of over £2000.

Explorer Group,the manufacturers,denied any liability and stated that their water ingress guarantee was for 5 years only,although this caravan had leaked from the day it rolled off the production line.
