I made the mistake of applying online initially, from which I received a phone call which went into ridiculous detail for the small loan I required. I was offered a loan at a loan-shark interest rate (27.9%)despite a perfect credit history including owning my house outright after paying mortgages for 30 years without missing a single payment. Rude staff, further phone calls despite asking for my details to be removed, dreadful attitude. Got a loan from another source, in my bank account 3 days later at a rate of 9.8%. Don't touch this company, you must be able to do better.

what other source did u get a loan from? im new to this stuff and need a trustworthy source!
