“DO NOT ORDER FROM SNAPFISH!!!! they will delete your...”

DO NOT ORDER FROM SNAPFISH!!!! they will delete your order history and your photos but charge you, then try to make out that you never ordered and that they never charged you. i ordered for a birthday and now i have no present to give! heres the answers i got when i went onto live chat the whole thing took about 45 minutes for no answers

danielle cassidy: my order was with truprint powered by snapfish but everytime i log into truprint now it directs me straight to snapfish
