So wish id read the reviews on here about Ideal World shopping channel before ordering from them.

On the 31st May i placed an order for a Miche Bag, two days later the money was taken from my bank account but no communication from them re delivery so i checked there website, it said estimated delivery was going to be the 23rd June!!

I immediately phoned customer service, when i eventually got through the person hung up on me, i rang twice more and each time got told to ring back in a few hours because they were having technical difficulties. Later in the day i did finally manage to get to speak to someone and told them i wanted the order cancelling and a full refund, was put on hold for what seemed like ages but he did in the end come back and say i would be getting a refund (im not holding my breath on that one).

I've sent 3 e-mails over the weekend regarding there appalling customer service but all i get back are automated replys.

I then rang them again yesterday because the order was still saying "order in progress" as soon as the call was answered i got told "sorry we are having technical difficulties, please ring back in 3 to 4 hours" three times this happened to me so the 4th time i rang from my mobile and loe and behold i didn't get to ring back!! (so that makes me think that when i rang from my landline they knew who i was and what i was ringing about, hence the ring back in 4 hours).

After i'd told them exactly what i thought of there customer service skills (or lack of them to be more appropiate) i was eventually told to disregard what it said on there website and that the order had been cancelled and i would be getting a refund.

I am nearly 50 years old and have never in all my life had to deal with such inept, ignorant, useless people and to top it all none of them can speak correct English!!

Lesson learnt and i'l never buy from ANY shopping channel EVER again.
