No honest and terrible custumer services. I booked a holidays with them and I decided to cancelled with in the 1 12 hrs. I was told that I could not speak to anyone, but send an email, then they will contact me. They told me I will be charge for cancellation and did not offer me a refund when I said and give them prove that I have found something cheap through Thomas Cook. Don't go there, also they do not include transport and there is not representitive in the hotel, Ah!!! and you have to pay 15 each for hold luggage. Pura Basura!!!!
