Having bought an inter milan away top with champions league patches(along with materazzi 23 name/number) i was dismayed to find that the arm patch was missing and the italian badge in the center of the chest was still in its plastic bag and not fitted,having contacted them i was told no problem either a £5 refund or send out patch for easy self fitting with an iron(DO NOT EVER UNDERTAKE THIS TASK!)

after many emails i was given the run around with being sent the patch and wanted to wear the shirt,i wanted to send it back to them but they refused to send a post paid bag,my only intention being getting them to fit what they should of in the 1st place,they continually told me "iron it on yourself its no problem " so i did,and now my £66 shirt is ruined,following the instructions to the letter i lifted the towel to find the colours of the italy badge had smudged and the outer edge had also gone onto the shirt im absolutely gutted and have now been told by them that the patches are not fitted by them coz some people dont want them,look at this link and you will see its clearly shown and no mention of a self fit item

they are just a load of sharks who once they have your money are no longer interested,i urge all of you with problems to contact the bbc watchdog programme who are now aware of this companies complete lack of customer support,i am also still without a refund of £6 or a champions league arm patch too!



I will never ever use this company again and if i am ever in the area will definately be paying a visit to the offices,credit card companies can sometimes recover the money but not debit cards so it may be worth checking if you do insist on taking a risk!!!
