We saved 20 pounds by booking with Holiday Genie instead of direct with the airline, but the details they sent us did not include the flight reference numbers so we had to call them back for these so that we could check in online.
Also, our special meal requests were not registered with the airline, although we requested them at the time of booking and again when checking in online. Next time we will book direct with the airline.
