I ordered a Panasonic TX-P46G20B Plasma TV exactly one month ago today. Not once has Digital Direct contacted me about the fact that they were having trouble with the deliver from Panasonic. Today it has been exactly a month since I paid them £1100. There is still no light at the end of the tunnel and their current account is doing quite nicely on the customers they have dubbed. I cannot give them 0 stars on Customer Service, the website is actually alright (I guess their IT department are doing better than customer service). As for value for money - well I paid £1100 and seen nothing for it, so you can be the judge of that.
Should you use them - not if you want to actually receive your product.

Hello mate, I ordered the same TV and had a similar experience. I have cancelled my order and got my credit card company on their case.
