Fresha Cafe, Sowton, Exeter Review

I decided to go the Fresha in Sowton Exeter on my lunch break to meet a friend and catch up. I asked the cashier if there was a wait on food and was advised no. I ordered my burger and my friend also ordered burger. 30 minutes later still no sign of food. I asked the cook how long it would be as I had to be back at work in 30 mins and would of liked to have eaten by then, was told that if it was going to be longer then 20 minutes he would put the food in a takeaway container (defeats the object of meeting for lunch?) Food arrived 5 mins later. Burger cold in the middle and the chips undercooked still semi frozen and greasy. We walked out. Had a phone call from the owner after sending a written complaint and was then told I could have a free lunch from the sandwich delivery van that visits the area. I chose a chicken salad. 3 slices of chicken breast, a handful of lettuce, wilted cucumber and over ripe mushy tomatoes. Never will we be going there again. So much for the 'fresh food' business.
