“Closed down my N and P current and ISA accounts and...”

Closed down my N and P current and ISA accounts and transferred them to the Co-op.

It has taken 11 weeks to get the money transferred from the current account and the ISA transfer will take yet another week. Customer service is appalling, they promise to call you back and it never materialises.

It was only when I escalated the problems to management did I get a meaningful response.

No word of apology or anything - pity I cannot give this so called Bank a zero star rating.

'so called Bank'? Did you miss the fact that it is called 'Norwich and Peterborough BUILDING SOCIETY'?

Is that relevant!? Bank, Building Society or whatever, it is still a financial institution, and should behave accordingly. That is efficiently, professionally, with courtesy and integrity.
