Reviewer below must work for Europ Assist, that is the typical attitude of these charlatans. Insurers like EA are merely extortionists operating within the law but not within the spirit of good customer service. I will be selecting my travel insurance more carefully in the future, hopefully this will cost EA more in the long run.
