We have had trouble with this Samsung front loading washer since it was a week old. The clothes come out soaking wet about once every 5-6 times we use it. We have had three different service calls on it from Samsung and no one can figure out the problem. One tech hinted at a possible software problem from the factory. Samsung's ECR people, on the phone, keep giving us a round-around by telling us "just one more service call." One of their employees even accused me of making up my story of having a problem with their machine! We have now been dealing with this "headache" for two months! What a mistake it was to buy this machine. If I had known their service department was this bad, I would have never bought one of their products.
