My family were delayed by 2 days returning from a holiday booked via Dreamticket. The ash had cleared by the due departure date, but the airline chose to delay the flight for 2 days, and dropped us at stansted at 1am - 80 miles from our car at heathrow, with no arrangement to get 6 of us plus luggage back to our car.
Dreamticket's communication and support during the crisis were abysmal.
They are now trying to avoid paying for the costs due to our delay, contrary to the entitlement stated on the ABTA web-site
AVOID!!!!
