Our family loves Blackpool. We go there every year. Yes its a bit tacky and a bit old fashioned but if it turned into Alton Towers I don't think I would bother going there. The park is nice and small for little legs. I take 4 children 2 13 yr olds , 7 year old and 6 year old and there is so much to do. The older ones go on all the scary rides and i go round with the young ones on the teacups.

I usually pay £115 for all 5 of us and I think that's pretty good value for money as you rarely have to queue for rides even on really hot days. you can go out and come backe in again so go out for lunch or on the beach. Parking is a bit expensive but I park opposite PB and it's about £7 but if you park other places and walk it's cheaper. After a whole day at PB my children don't want to walk back to the car !

Rides are good, genuinly scary...I'll never go on Big one again...a lap belt to keep you from falling out no thank you....i think the best ride is Valhalla...really good ride for the family and nothing like anything else I've seen.

There are lots of reviews complaining about the closure of some of the rides...but in my experience that happens wherever you go, we went to Chessington and all the best rides were closed. there so much variety that really it doesn't matter.

I am looking forward to Saturday when I go again !!!!

Teacups here I come !!!!!
