I have a HP Deskjet F380 printer, after reading the other reviews I was a bit dubious, however I was recommeneded Internet Ink by a friend, I live in Spain and find it difficult purchasing quality cartridges at a knock-down price, there is a small charge for postage which is expected to Spain. I had a couple of problems with the cartridges not being recognised but after emailing the Support Department (a reply received within 10 minutes) with instructions on how to overcome this, they now work a treat and the quality is as good as the originals if not better, with the 10% discount offered after your first order, and monthly emails informing you of free gifts what more could you ask for, you would have to a a long way to beat this Company, excellent site, excellent prices, excellent delivery, excellent support staff, 10/10 Internet-Ink keep up the excellent work.
