this company have ripped off my son to the sum of £800. don't be fooled by their advert or the voice on the end of the phone. tetchy, impatient and highly critical instuctors backed by ruthless and unsympathetic money grabbing bosses. don't expect a driving test, as promised, by the end of the week or any time soon, and if you dare to complain expect nothing more than excuses and threats. if you do want a test you have to book the instructor privately at £22.50 an hour,on top of the £800, again, not any time soon. take it from me. choose someone else. these are utterly useless fast buck merchants.

write this to watchdog i feel completely the same! If they get enough complaints they will investigate into them xxxx
