Support is absolutely woeful - which is a shame as the quality of the service is such that you find yourself being a regular caller. It is virutually impossible to get through without being cut off which is particularly frustrating if all your business's phones have dropped out AGAIN.



This is fine if you want a portable number for limited use but they have neither the infrastructure nor staffing to be involved in the business telephony market.
