SWIFT COVER CAR INSURANCE - I seem to be in the minority here, but my experience with Swift was a good one 2009-2010.
Never needed to claim, but their online only policy really worked for me. It was easy to access/manage car documents, the insurance profile was useful, having all your docs together and info readily available. It's like having a little myspace page for your insurance.
All my Customer services interactions were through email, they always replied within 24hrs and were useful, not just providing a robotic answer.
I'm now with another company because they were cheaper - but leaving Swift was a big mistake. I've already decided i want to go back to them next year, simply because i had a very positive experience with them.
