Extraordinarily bad customer service - and they don't care. All funds disappeared from my accounts and it took many hours of phones calls and on hold time and lots of effort to have them figure out that they transferred the funds to another person with the same name. No apology and not even the slightest indication of concern - They say the money has been recredited, but they can't figure out how to unlock the account now so there is no way for me to get to the money or verfiy that they have actually done the recrediting. Once this is straightened out I intend to close all accounts.
