I am a journalist on a weddings magazine and I bought my wedding dress at The Wedding Shop on recommendation from my sister. I cannot praise the shop and staff enough - its a lovely, light, airy shop in the centre of Colchester and the girls who work there are just so lovely. They couldn't do enough to help and gave me all the time in the world to look through the gowns and make my decision. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any bride. And if you're based in London, make the trip to Colchester instead - they were friendlier and more helpful than any boutique in the capital.
