The Online Ticket Shop www.theonlineticketshop.com Review

I am untterly appalled, as this has been the first time i have tried to buy football tickets from the The Football Ticket shop.com. I ordered two tickets for the Man City V Liverpool match on the internet. Unfortunately I did not get a reciept and struggled to get hold of anyone, as there is no phone number and an email address nobody replies to. I sent many emails requesting a reciept but heard nothing. A week before the match we recieve some lottery type tickets-printed on cheap paper-They were lilac in colour.We tried to get into the match but were told as suspected they were fakes. The tickets were meant be blue. We were both very embarrassed.



To be fair we put in a dispute claim for £323 and my bank re-imbursed my money. End of story I thought, but I have just recently recieved documentation from my bank informing me that this amount will be paid to this company after all. Sold Out Entertainments having managed to provide all the paper work (this I have never seen since ordering these tickets). My husband and i are really very upset, but feel let down by our bank-by remaining impartial they are supporting fake company. Please do not order tickets from The Football tickets shop.com-they are con merchants
