We bought a C1340 integrated washing machine two months ago as part of a kitchen refit. We have probably used it 15 times maximum and it no longer works.It has taken over a week to obtain any sort of assistance from the customer services phone line.Once CDA agreed to fix the problem, we then had to wait for parts (!) to be ordered only to be then told that the engineer was on holiday for the next week. The parts include a 'drum' and a 'contact board', so fairly major parts. We would not recommend CDA appliances to anyone. CDA have said that the damage must have occurred during transit!!!! Incidently, whilst we were without our new washing machine, we reinstated our 12 year old, dirt cheap Candy machine, which still works like a dream and has never caused us any problems at all.
