I joined 4 Seasons Wines because I wanted to have a selection of wine on hand for dinners and guests and was particularly interested in the tasting notes that accompanied each case.
Although the wines themselves were reasonably good my experience has been that 4 Seasons routinely substitutes wines and does not send the corresponding tasting notes. In fact, my second case contained none of the wines that were previewed and tasting notes for only four of the selections.
The customer service representatives were always pleasant and quick to offer a discount but never followed through on my request for the correct tasting notes. Despite 6 calls over the past 3 months I still have not received them so have decided to cancel my membership.
