I booked a holiday with OTB and was pleased with the price. However, I was not happy that after I paid with my credit card and it was confirmed, I was than asked if I wanted to add luggage. It was too late for me to cancel the transaction and I therefore had to pay another £60 for the luggage. I was angry as I felt the pricing was not transparent and I am baffled as to why they can get away with this. If you have not booked your holiday yet try Hays Travel. It is a good website and includes baggage in the price before you pay.
