This is the worst on line rental service I have used. Took a while for other DVDs to be sent out once I returned them to this outfit. Closed account before free trial ended. Then told disc lost. Four weeks after e-mailing customers services only given 14 days to complete lost disc form after three months no reply. Decided to investigate and I have now referred this to Trading Standards who are having the same problem as to no replies to e-mails etc. Spoke to the Pareent company out Now Entertainment director had arguments as to why no answer to my letter and e-mails claimed that they had sent them to me. Do not use the worst service ever and this is still ongoing
