Wish I had read these reviews before booking flights with OTB. Again was angered at the time of booking as this company intially gives a low quote and add on extras after taking credit cards details at a high cost. Main complaint is that once I entered my credit card details I could not pull out of transaction. I contacted them within minutes, have had numerous telephone calls and submitted a written complaint for which I recieved no satisfaction or admission that they could improve their on-line booking services. I would describe the company as deceitful and I would never use them again. I plan to forward my complaint to ABTA such is my annoyance with their conduct. However I feel comforted that I have not been the only customer who feels this way as I was beginning to think I was going mad.

I too wish I had read these reviews before using this company. It angers me more that so many people have had similar experiences. It proves to me that the trouble I am having with this company is not my fault which is the impression they give you. I too shall be complaining to ABTA.
