My photobook never arrived.

Extremely poor customer service - no phone number to ring. You can wait for response for your emails for a few days and than they even won't answer all your questions.

I sent about 30 emails, I was chasing my money back for 2 months and they didn't refund full amount I paid but I was too tired to chase for it and just gave up.

You can find lots of bad opinions on internet about this company, unfortunately it was too late for me, should check before I ordered my photobook.
