Previously, I have tried No.7, Clinique and L'oreal foundations. They always left looking like I was wearing lots of make up on my skin. I'd have to leave it an hour or so before I started to look a bit more natural. I bought some foundation samples from Lilylolo and have just purchased a 'Get up and go kit' (includes foundation, blush, cover up and bronzer) because I was so pleased with the results. I was skeptical about how much cover the foundation would give as I have acne scars and dark circles under my eyes, however I was pleasantly surprised with the results. It had great coverage whilst keeping my look really natural and lightweight! Fantastic! I have been looking for something like this for ages because when you have bad skin it's so hard to find make up that covers without looking like you are trying to hide your face! I used a primer (Inglot's under make up base) before applying the foundation so that may helped the staying power but I was really pleased with how it stayed til evening. I applied the foundation this morning without primer and the coverage isn't as good but it still looks beautifully natural. This is only the first time I have used their products but I am very pleased with the results. You can buy samples from the website which help to find the right shade for you. If you want good coverage but a lightweight feel and look then give it a go. It's surprisingly good. Perhaps use a primer first though.
