I booked a holiday 2 days ago for September this year, received an email confirmation yesterday afternoon after 2 phone calls from the customer services dept, one to check i wanted additional luggage and one to say my room was no longer available and i would be upgraded for same price - GREAT!

but upon checking the confirmation we were actually booked for April this year. I rung them immediately and was told it was MY mistake and that I had picked those dates. I have had to put a request online to change the dates. to top it off this morning i received an email saying the whole balance was due by 10.01.10 and that if i do not pay immediately then i will lose my deposit and the holiday will be cancelled. when I rung and explained that i could not have booked 2 days ago for a holiday leaving in 5 weeks and paid only a deposit, she told me i didnt pay a deposit and that they did try to take the full amount, despite my confirmation saying they have taken a deposit and leaving a balance to pay! they just refuse to beleive they are in the wrong. Have had to speak to my credit company to stop them taking any more money whjilst this dispute is sorted out. Awful customer service!
