Costa Fortuna Review

We were on board the Costa Luminosa and all I can say to anyone wanting to book with Costa who have sailed with anyone else - Don't bother. The staff are rude and very well trained not to deal with any complaints. The ship is smoking and although there are "smoke free" areas these are merely cordend off areas of the bar next to the smoking areas, a bit of a joke. The entertainment is marginal if not childish to the extent of being crass. The staff are unhelpful to the point where you get the impression that everything is just "too much trouble". The only positive was the checkin which was fast and uneventful
