Tesco Diet www.TescoDiets.co.uk Review

I have been with Tesco Diets since the start of January and I'm surprised to see bad reviews, as I have been really impressed. I have tried every other diet know to woman! Sometimes losing weight but always feeling hungry but for once I'm losing weight and don't spend morning noon and night thinking about food because I get to eat loads with GI plan I'm on. If you actually follow teh diet then you will lose weight, I know I've lost 1 stone 2lbs since I've started and I'm still losing. I like that I can change any meals I don't like because I'm a very fussy eater and there is so much to choose from, then I just print my shopping list and off I go to my local supermarket - it's so simple and I know that if I stick to my meal plan then I know I will reach my target in another couple of months.
