as an experienced heating engineer I would be very surprised if the problems this person is experiencing is anything to do with the boiler.More likeley to be with the installation. Could also be problems with the governor at the gas meter but this would affect the hot water even more so. Have the rads that dont work got singl direction trv,s on them.The flow and return could have got swopped over on the exchange. Whatever the installation needs checking by an experienced systems and boiler engineer.As a potential customer I would ignore this review.I fit this boiler regularly,have fitted it in my son's and daughter's houses.It would probaly heat 28 never mind 8 radiators.
