I left a previous review on January 15, 2010, stating that 100milligrams.com had sent me a defective Stylophone Beatbox, and was not responding to email. After this review was posted, I did hear from them, and they offered to replace my defective item if I returned it, or if I made a video demonstrating that it didn't work.
I made a video and sent it to them. They quickly responded with an offer to send a new Stylophone Beatbox. The replacement arrived a few days ago... and it works perfectly!
I appreciate 100milligrams.com doing the right thing. The replacement Beatbox is exactly what I wanted. I just wish they had responded sooner when I first contacted them with my problem.
