Vauxhall New Tigra 1.4i Review

My wife bought a Tigra new in March 2005. We've had no mechanical problems with the car currently on 49,000mls but we've kept it off the road for 2 months because of two problems.

1. Nearside front indicator bulb keeps blowing. The couple of times i've tried to replace it has now resulted in the internal fiiting in the headlamp coming loose and the local garage (not Vauxhall dealer) say's it will need a new headlamp at over £250 + vat!!

2. The drivers door 'dumps' water on the drivers arm when you brake! This appears to come from the inside of the drivers door seal, due to it's shape I don't think it comes from the window/door frame. I suspect the two seals of the roof section have hardened over time and the water is running towards the doors and sitting in the seal (until you brake!!).

I'm now having trouble getting the roof to open as the warning buzzer sounds despite all usual precautions on opening (Water in the sensors?)

Loking to trade it in before it costs me too much to fix.
