Was just looking to see if Cuisonox cookware is still available. Have had three saucespans for about 20 years and they look like new and still are perfect for cooking; really easy to clean too - just a quick wash mostly. Am thinking about buying a saute/frying pan from the range as my heavy Le Creuset pan is not that brilliant. Made a Spanish omellette last night and it wasn't a great success as everything stuck. Does anyone think a Cuisonox pan would do the trick. There are so many pans on the market, it is difficult to choose.
