Vonage - www.vonage.co.uk Review

Vonage advertise as UNLIMITED calls and I was on the £18.99 V-Plan 4i | 36 countries Residential, meaning that I can call unlimited to these countries on predefined numbers. After about two months of using midway through my plan my calls were blocked because apparently there is a limit of about 1 hr a day or 2000 mins a month which all of the customer service agents failed to mention. Needless to mention I, along with my friends have left vonage. The call quality is bad too, it cuts off often and sometimes line to certain countries stop working for no apparent reason. VONAGE SUCKS! Dont ever take it. You will waste your money totally and be messed about no end!
