Absolutely useless. We will NEVER give this dealer a penny of our money again.
We bought a car described as one owner with full service history.
When we received the documentation, it showed there was actually TWO previous owners, and NO service history.
Also, no handbook etc.
We phoned repeatedly asking what was going on. They promised they would get the service history repeatedly and that they would phone back. They NEVER did.
The only call I can recall was from their customer services "just checking we were happy with our purchase". I think the poor woman regretted the call, coz I gave it her. Once again, she promised someone would call back. They never did.
Eventually I sent an email to Perry's main customer service and I got an email reply (hooray!) and then received a letter explaining the previous owners (husband and wife) and promising a copy of the service history.
In the 6 weeks since...nowt. Nothing. No calls, letters or anything.
Quite simply, Perry's are useless and liars. They NEVER follow up on what they say. They misrepresented a car that we bought. It ISN'T one owner and it DOESN'T have full service history (would YOU believe a seller if they just told you a car had been fully serviced?).
DO NOT BUY FROM PERRY'S

I found this review not helpful because...it is clearly not a reasoned response, but merely an out and out attack on this business.
