We won ours in a competition, and were delighted with it. It was very easy to fill the reservoir and then just select the right amount - it also meant you didn't have to fill the kettle each time. The water temperature was fine for coffee and tea.



It then started leaking water from the reservoir onto the baseplate, which fused the house electrics
