Visited the Bathpool for a family Xmas meal yesterday evening. The place was empty, the food was cold the waiting staff didnt have a clue and to tie it all up they didnt have enough desserts for our party. My partner and i had the Pate (only us 2 out of 14) and both saw the Pate in the early hours of the moring again. Would not recomend to anybody. McDonalds next year?
